AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES (Creates a special registration plate for holders of the Eagle Scout badge. The forty dollar ($40.00) surcharge for the plates shall be divided between the general fund and the Narragansett Council of the Boy Scouts of America.)
