AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES - ROAD TEST LICENSE APPLICANTS (Allows driver's license applicants with limited English proficiency (LEP) to be accompanied by an interpreter, at their own expense and choosing, during their road test. This interpreter shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age.)
