AN ACT RELATING TO COURTS AND CIVIL PROCEDURE--COURTS -- TRAFFIC TRIBUNAL--DIVISION OF FINES (Directs that seventy-five percent (75%) of all revenue collected as fines based upon use of a camera or other recording equipment shall be paid over to the municipality in which the violation occurred.)
