AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT - RHODE ISLAND TURNPIKE AND BRIDGE AUTHORITY - TOLLING FACILITIES (Provides that no further gantries or other tolling facilities shall be erected until one gantry has been erected and in operation collecting tolls for a period of six (6) months, or until any litigation is resolved.)
