An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code, in licenses and regulations and liquor, alcohol and malt and brewed beverages, further providing for sales by liquor licensees and restrictions.

This bill modifies Pennsylvania's Liquor Code to allow hotel, restaurant, and airport liquor licensees to sell alcohol on Sundays. Hotel and restaurant owners would be permitted to sell between 7 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Monday, while airport restaurant owners could sell between 5 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Monday. To operate under these new hours, licensees must purchase a special permit from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and pay an annual fee. The changes take effect 60 days after the bill is enacted.
