An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in criminal homicide, further providing for the offense of murder and for the offense of criminal homicide of law enforcement officer; and, in post-trial matters, further providing for eligibility for relief and for jurisdiction and proceedings.
