MINOR
The bill was finalized and enrolled for signature, with the main substantive change being the addition of a new provision allowing the Department of Human Services to provide immediate notice of license conditions within 48 hours of issuing an order when a threat to residents is so imminent that advance notice is not safe or practical. This adds flexibility to emergency response procedures while maintaining the existing framework for license conditions.
ENFORCEMENT
Added a new provision (subsection 6(b)) allowing the department to provide notice of license conditions within 48 hours of issuing an order instead of before, when the threat to residents is so imminent that advance notice is not safe or practical.
TECHNICAL
Changed the document title from 'A-Engrossed' to 'Enrolled' and added printing information indicating the bill was printed pursuant to Senate Interim Rule 213.28 by order of the President of the Senate.
Removed the 'SUMMARY' section that provided an editor's brief statement of the measure's essential features, which is standard for enrolled bills.
