Land under processing facilities and adjacent land used with them are now explicitly eligible for property tax special assessment under the farm use program.

Rules for preparing products were clarified to allow processing of products raised on the farm unit where preparation occurs, or products from another farm if the majority of the product was raised on the preparation farm.

The definition of 'farm use' was updated to include preparing, storing, or disposing of products by marketing, donation, or other means, removing previous restrictions on these activities.

The biofuel processing exemption was slightly modified to remove redundant phrasing regarding custom processing for other landowners.
