Summary
Requires an applicant for a license to manufacture psilocybin to submit to the Oregon Health Authority information regarding the ownership and location of the premises to be licensed or for which a license will be renewed . Prohibits the authority from issuing or renewing a license in specified circumstances. Requires an applicant for a license to produce or process marijuana to submit to the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission information regarding the ownership and location of the premises to be licensed or for which a license will be renewed . Prohibits the commission from issuing or renewing a license in specified circumstances. Requires an applicant for a medical marijuana grow site or medical marijuana processing site registration to submit to the authority information regarding the ownership and location of the premises to be registered or for which a registration is being renewed . Prohibits the authority from issuing or renewing a registration in specified circumstances. Allows the authority to release certain information about a marijuana grow site to a county for purposes of verifying ownership of a premises for which a marijuana grow site registration may be issued or renewed. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
