Relating to developmental disabilities services; and prescribing an effective date.

Summary
Directs the Department of Human Services to collaborate with the Department of Education to increase opportunities for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to obtain and advance in competitive integrated employment. Requires the Department of Human Services to ensure that employment services and vocational rehabilitation services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities do not occur in sheltered work settings. Requires the Department of Education to ensure that transition services for students with intellectual or developmental disabilities do not occur in sheltered or mock sheltered work settings. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
