Relating to the frequency of meetings regarding abbreviated school day programs for students who are terminally ill; and declaring an emergency.

Added requirement for school districts to report abbreviated school day placements to the Department of Education at least once every 30 days, including grade level, hours of instruction, start date, and expected date for full-time access.

Added requirement for school district superintendents to review abbreviated school day placements when a student is placed on such a program for 90+ cumulative days in a school year or 90+ days across two consecutive school years.

Added requirement for superintendents to document in writing that the abbreviated placement complies with state and federal law when conducting the required review.

Added requirement for the individualized education program team to document an expected date by which the student will receive meaningful access to the same number of hours of instruction as other students in the same grade.
