Relating to the financial administration of the Department of State Lands; and declaring an emergency.

Summary
[ Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Department of State Lands for biennial expenses. ] Limits biennial expenditures from certain fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the [ department ] Department of State Lands for certain purposes. Limits biennial expenditures by the department from specified continuously appropriated funds. Limits certain biennial expenditures by the department from federal funds. Authorizes specified nonlimited expenditures. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
