MODERATE
The bill transitioned from an A-Engrossed version to an Enrolled version, which is the final form ready for the Governor's signature. The substantive policy content remains unchanged, with the same budget appropriations and spending limits for the Department of the State Fire Marshal. The primary differences are formatting, page numbering, and the addition of signature blocks to indicate official passage by both legislative chambers.
