MINOR
The bill transitioned from an A-Engrossed version to an Enrolled version, which is the final version signed into law. The substantive policy content remains unchanged, with the same budget appropriation of $3,481,376 for the Land Use Board of Appeals and the same expenditure limit of $39,616 from fees and revenues. The primary changes are formatting and procedural, including the addition of signature lines for the Governor and House, and the removal of the summary section and budget notes.
TECHNICAL
Removed the 'A-Engrossed' header and summary section that explained the bill's purpose in plain language.
Added Enrolled header with signature lines for the Governor, Secretary of Senate, President of Senate, Secretary of State, and Speaker of House to indicate final approval.
Changed the header from 'A-Engrossed' to 'Enrolled' to reflect the bill's final status after passing both legislative chambers.
