General Fund appropriations for Central services decreased from $95,417,899 to $92,233,035, and State assessments and enterprise-wide costs increased from $461,501,432 to $469,678,563.

Self-sufficiency programs funding decreased from $349,822,921 to $338,487,057, while Vocational rehabilitation services increased from $44,858,470 to $44,880,988.

Child welfare programs funding decreased from $1,197,373,410 to $1,143,571,058, and Aging and people with disabilities programs increased from $2,410,164,924 to $2,415,198,285.

Intellectual/developmental disabilities programs funding increased from $2,340,464,041 to $2,486,190,022, and Oregon Eligibility Partnership funding decreased from $444,885,391 to $438,234,577.

New funding category added for ARPA State Fiscal Recovery Fund moneys for long-term care workforce development and emergency preparedness at $606,669.

Section 2 revenue limits for fees and other revenues were updated with new amounts for all program categories, including the new ARPA category.

Section 3 federal fund limits were adjusted with increased amounts for most categories, including Intellectual/developmental disabilities programs which increased from $3,996,312,628 to $4,378,753,565.
