MINOR
The bill was finalized from its A-Engrossed version to Enrolled status, adding official signatures and dates while retaining the same budget allocations and policy provisions. The substantive content of the bill remained unchanged, with only formatting and procedural elements added to reflect its final passage.
TECHNICAL

Added Enrolled status header with signatures from Senate President Rob Wagner, Governor Tina Kotek, and Secretary of State Tobias Read, along with passage dates for Senate (June 18, 2025) and House (June 23, 2025).

Removed A-Engrossed status header and summary section that described the bill's purpose in plain language.

Changed the header from 'A-Engrossed' to 'Enrolled' and updated the printing rule citation to reflect Senate Interim Rule 213.28 compliance with presession filing rules.
