Oregon Tribal Student Grant funding was reduced from $28,527,051 to $26,027,051.

Oregon National Guard tuition assistance funding was reduced from $6,621,477 to $5,521,477.

Oregon Health and Science University education and other programs funding was reduced from $146,477,563 to $146,477,563 (no change in total, but line items were renumbered).

Public university statewide programs funding was reduced from $62,252,695 to $61,481,902.

Statewide public services funding was increased from $192,677,236 to $196,559,462.

Financial Assistance Management Information Systems project debt service was reduced from $4,367,993 to $3,159,856.

Repayment of energy loans to public universities was increased from $13,119,216 to $13,206,623.

Debt-related costs on bonds for public universities remained unchanged at $1,405,310.

Debt-related costs on bonds for community colleges was increased from $182,988 to $194,370.
