Relating to the state financial administration of the Department of Education; and declaring an emergency.

Summary
Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Department of Education for the State School Fund. Limits biennial expenditures from lottery moneys allocated to the department for the State School Fund. Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the department for the State School Fund. Specifies amounts the department may spend for certain purposes from the State School Fund. [ Transfers moneys from the State School Fund to the Local Option Equalization Grants Account. ] Specifies amounts to be transferred from the State School Fund for certain purposes. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
