Summary
] [ Requires the Department of Education to conduct an audit of assessments administered to kindergarteners in public schools. Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to education not later than September 15, 2026. ] Requires specified boards of educational institutions to video record their governing meetings. Permits a board to post audio recordings of board governing meetings if the educational institution lacks broadband Internet access. Applies to board meetings occurring on or after January 1, 2025. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
