Summary
] [ Requires the Secretary of State to study local authority over regulated utility rates and infrastructure maintenance. Directs the secretary to submit a report of the study to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to rules no later than September 15, 2026. ] Provides that each of the cities of Bandon, North Bend and Reedsport may set charges for water and wastewater services provided by the city by a majority vote of its governing body.
