Proposing an amendment to the Oregon Constitution relating to processes for amending the Oregon Constitution.

Proposes an amendment to the Oregon Constitution to require a future proposed amendment or revision to the Oregon Constitution to receive at least three-fifths of all votes cast for the proposal to be considered adopted. Refers the proposed amendment to the people for their approval by a three-fifths majority or rejection at a special election held throughout this state as provided in chapter ___, Oregon Laws 2025 (Enrolled House Bill 3686).
