Urging federal officials to expand public school funding and to practice restraint in funding vouchers and private charter schools.

Urges the President, the United States Secretary of Education and Congress to continue to expand public funding for kindergarten through 12th grade public education and to refrain from siphoning off public school funding to support school voucher and private charter school programs.
