Relating to the financial administration of the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training; and declaring an emergency.
Summary
Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training for [ debt service ] specified biennial expenditures . Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the department. Limits biennial expenditures by the department from federal funds. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
