MINOR
The bill transitioned from its A-Engrossed version to the final Enrolled version, adding official signatures and dates from the House, Senate, and Governor to finalize the legislation. The substantive policy content regarding funding amounts and emergency declarations remains unchanged.
TECHNICAL
Added official enrolled status with signatures from House leadership, Senate leadership, and the Governor, along with filing dates, to complete the legislative process.
Removed the 'A-Engrossed' heading and summary section that explained the bill's purpose, as these are no longer needed in the final enrolled version.
Changed the header from 'A-Engrossed' to 'Enrolled' and updated the introduction text to reflect that the bill was introduced and printed pursuant to House Rule 12.00.
