MINOR
The bill text was finalized for signature by converting the 'A-Engrossed' version to 'Enrolled' status, which includes the official signature blocks for the House and Senate and the Governor. The substantive legislative content regarding funding amounts, expenditure limits, and the emergency declaration remained unchanged between versions.
TECHNICAL
Removed the 'A-Engrossed' header and summary section that explained the bill's purpose in plain language.
Added official enrolled page headers, signature lines for the House Speaker, Chief Clerk, Senate President, and Governor, and filing information for the Secretary of State.
Changed the introductory text from 'A-Engrossed' to 'Enrolled' and added a reference to House Rule 12.00 and the Department of Administrative Services.
