MINOR
This bill was amended to update its title date and add more sponsors. The main substantive change reorganizes the definitions section of the bill, removing the definition for 'chemical restraint' and renumbering the remaining definitions. This appears to be a technical cleanup of the bill text rather than a substantive policy change.
TECHNICAL
Updated the bill's ordering date from April 9 to June 16 and added three new sponsors (Representatives ANDERSEN, HARBICK, LEVY B, and PHAM H).
DEFINITION
Reorganized the definitions section by removing the definition for 'chemical restraint' and renumbering the remaining definitions from (a) through (j) to (a) through (h). This is a structural change to the text rather than a substantive policy change.
