Summary
Appropriates moneys to the Department of Transportation to create an emergency contact information form and make the form available for individuals to voluntarily provide emergency contact information for inclusion in the individual's record for police officers to use, during or after emergency situations, to contact those listed. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
