Summary
Establishes a task force to develop a plan for the Legislative Assembly to establish a statewide public safety funding authority in Oregon in accordance with House Joint Resolution 8 (2025). Takes effect only if House Joint Resolution 8 (2025) is approved by the people at the next regular general election. Takes effect on the effective date of the constitutional amendment proposed by House Joint Resolution 8 (2025).
