MINOR
This bill was finalized from its A-Engrossed version to the Enrolled version with minor formatting changes and one substantive addition. The main change adds a new subsection (4)(c) that specifies what happens if a party fails to appear at a hearing - the court will continue the order if the restrained party doesn't show up, but will vacate it if the party who requested the order doesn't appear. This clarifies the consequences for non-appearance at hearings.
ENFORCEMENT

Added specific consequences for parties who fail to appear at hearings - orders continue if the restrained party doesn't show up, but are vacated if the requesting party doesn't appear.

TECHNICAL

Changed document header from 'A-Engrossed' to 'Enrolled' indicating final legislative version.

Removed summary section and bill digest that was present in the A-Engrossed version but not needed in the final enrolled bill.
