Summary
] Modifies the definition of "charter guide" for purposes of outfitter and guide laws. Requires a person to register with the State Marine Board before acting as a crew member. Defines "crew member" for the purposes of outfitter and guide laws. Increases the registration fee for all outfitters and guides. Becomes operative November 1, 2025. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
