What changed between versions
The work group's study mandate was changed from studying feasibility of transferring responsibility to specifically studying the feasibility of transferring financial risk and administration of services, with a requirement to consider lessons learned from previous transfers of substance use disorder and child/adolescent residential services.
The work group membership was expanded to include representatives from acute care hospitals, supportive housing providers, and the Oregon State Hospital.
The work group's output requirements were modified to include specific recommendations about changes to Medicaid state plan, waivers, demonstration projects, and the roles of independent qualified agents.
