Relating to sex offenders.
Summary
Modifies when information about level two sex offenders and level one sex offenders may be released. Increases penalties for the crime of failure to report as a sex offender constituting a misdemeanor. Punishes by a maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Prohibits the setting aside of a conviction for failure to report as a sex offender.
