Digest: Requires a study and a task force to help prepare for a system for student information. (Flesch Readability Score: 63.6). Requires the director to submit a report to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to education no later than September 15, 2024. Establishes the Task Force on a Statewide Student Information System. Directs the task force to review the study conducted by the director and to make recommendations for the creation of a statewide student information system for use in the public schools of this state for students from kindergarten through grade 12. Requires the task force to submit a report to an interim committee of the Legislative Assembly related to education no later than December 31, 2024. Declares an emergency effective on passage.
