Relating to public benefits.

Requires Department of Human Services to study potential strategies to ensure that ] establish liaison position to facilitate participation of recipients of public benefits who are eligible to serve ] on boards , or ] commissions can ] and other groups that advise department and advise Oregon Health Authority on policy matters to ensure ability of participants to be compensated for their service without losing eligibility for benefits. Directs department to submit findings to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to human services not later than September 15, 2024. ] Sunsets January 2, 2025. ].
