Summary
Expands authority of Chief Justice of Supreme Court to make rules for gathering specified information and identifying and evaluating disparities and impacts in justice system in Oregon. Directs Oregon State Bar to formulate rules relating to gathering of specified information and identifying and evaluating disparities and impacts in justice system in Oregon. Limits disclosure of sensitive demographic information requested by courts or Oregon State Bar for purposes of identifying disparities in justice system.
