Relating to nursing; and prescribing an effective date.

Summary
Allows nurse employed by or contracted with certain facilities to execute medical order from out-of-state physician in specified circumstances. Removes requirement that Oregon State Board of Nursing notify State Board of Pharmacy upon authorizing nurse practitioner or clinical nurse specialist to dispense prescription drugs. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
