Summary

Directs Department of Education to conduct study of need for educators to be better trained in relation to mental health of students and of programs and resources available to students in relation to mental health. Directs department to submit report to interim committee of Legislative Assembly no later than September 15, 2024. Sunsets January 2, 2025. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
