Summary
Requires Department of Human Services to conduct annual assessment of workforce capacity and needs in each division ] program and unit of department and report results to interim committees of Legislative Assembly no later than February 1 ] September 30 of each even-numbered year. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
