Summary
Modifies projects and amounts authorized for issuance of general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, certificates of participation and other financing agreements for biennium. Modifies amounts allocated for private activity bonds. Authorizes issuance of various lottery bonds. Modifies authorized purposes for certain lottery bond revenues. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
