Updates terminology and funding provisions related to special education programs provided on local, county or regional basis. Directs Department of Education to conduct study related to special education programs provided on local, county or regional basis and to report results of study to interim committee of Legislative Assembly related to education. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2021.
