Summary
Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by Oregon Liquor Control Commission. Authorizes specified nonlimited expenditures. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2021.
