Summary
Allows certain holders of temporary event licenses to sell specified alcoholic beverages for on and off-premises consumption at more than one location on licensed premises or have up to three premises licensed under single temporary sales license and operate for up to 30 days . Applies to temporary sales licenses issued on or after January 1, 2021. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die. ] Declares emergency, effective on passage.
