Relating to disposal of forest products by State Parks and Recreation Department; and prescribing an effective date.
Summary
Exempts from Public Contracting Code timber sales from lands that State Parks and Recreation Commission or State Parks and Recreation Department owns or manages. Increases value at which State Parks and Recreation ] department must offer forest products for sale by competitive bid. Becomes operative January 1, 2020. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
