Summary
Directs ] Authorizes Health Licensing Office to register ] certify qualified applicant as sexual offense therapist intern. Establishes qualifications for certification. Renames Sex Offender Treatment Board to Sexual Offense Treatment Board. Becomes operative January 1, 2020. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
