Summary
Changes date of primary election from third Tuesday in May to second Tuesday in March. Allows Secretary of State to change date of primary election during presidential election years if date change results in primary election in Oregon being held seven or more days after date on which first primary election held during election cycle is held in any other state. Alters certain deadlines associated with primary election. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
