Summary
Appropriates moneys to Housing and Community Services Department for grants to support services , ] and programs and legal aid ] for families seeking or needing housing that have low or very low incomes. Appropriates moneys to ] Authorizes Department of Justice to assist victims of domestic violence and sexual assault with housing needs. Appropriates moneys to department for those purposes. Sunsets authorization January 2, 2022. Limits landlords who must pay one month's rent upon landlord-based-cause termination to landlords owning more than four residential rental units. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2019.
