Summary
Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution authorizing use of revenue from certain taxes or excises imposed with respect to motor vehicle fuel and motor vehicles to be used for costs related to construction, reconstruction and improvement of ports and rail, and related infrastructure, in this state for purpose of transporting freight, in order to reduce congestion on public highways, roads and streets in this state. Refers proposed amendment to people for their approval or rejection at next regular general election.
