Relating to the Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator.

Prohibits court from appointing deputy public guardian and conservator as fiduciary and requires court to appoint Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator as fiduciary. Facilitates disclosure of information for needs assessment to determine eligibility for public guardian and conservator services. Authorizes Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator to require fingerprints of employee, applicant for employment, volunteer or party under contract for purpose of requesting state or nationwide criminal records check. Establishes Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator Fund. Establishes Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator Protected Person Trust Account for benefit of persons on whose behalf moneys have been received and for whom Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator has been appointed as guardian or conservator. Directs Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator to administer trust account.
