Summary
Expresses intent of Legislative Assembly that, when Legislative Assembly approves increases in funding of services provided by residential training facilities or residential training homes, wages and benefits paid to direct support professionals be increased at comparable rate. Requires residential training facilities and residential training homes licensed by Department of Human Services to submit annual staffing data to reporting survey organization. Increases licensure fees for residential training homes and adult foster homes serving individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Updates terminology.
