What changed between versions
Several fee amounts were increased, including divorce actions ($183), ancillary divorce proceedings ($43), and civil actions over $10,000 ($163). Some fees were reduced, such as garnishment ($23) and continuing wage garnishment ($63).
New fee categories were added for annual guardianship reports ($33), judicial determinations of death ($58), and adoption ($105).
Fee distribution to the Oklahoma Court Information System Revolving Fund was increased from $5 to $10 per case.
New fee allocation was created for courtroom interpreters, with $1.55 going to the Council on Judicial Complaints Revolving Fund and $0.45 to the Supreme Court Revolving Fund for interpreter services.
The fee credited to the Court Clerk's Records Management and Preservation Fund was extended until November 1, 2027.
The effective date for these changes was set to November 1, 2025.
