SB 2024 requires pharmaceutical manufacturers in Oklahoma to publicly disclose complete ingredient lists for all products, including prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, vaccines, and research products. Manufacturers must publish detailed information about each ingredient's chemical name, origin (e.g., human, animal, or synthetic source), purpose, and concentration on their websites and in product labeling, with special requirements for mRNA-based products. Noncompliance results in fines up to $250,000 per violation, product distribution bans, and potential criminal charges for repeated or willful violations. The law takes effect January 1, 2027, and applies regardless of declared emergencies. It establishes a reporting system for public complaints and protects whistleblowers who report violations.
